O.H. “Shorty” Freeland and William Ron Ashe established F&M CONSULTING, INC. in 1989. Two Engineers with years of experience in design and management with a business goal to provide Engineering Consulting services and Surveying needs to Industrial, Governmental, and individual clients.
The firm began with these two Engineers and one survey crew. Over the past decade F&M Consulting has grown to employee four Engineers, draftsmen, a Survey Coordinator, a Survey party chief, two to three Survey crews, Project Supervisor, and a General Manager.
